DENISON, TX, UNITED STATES, August 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Desk & Easel, Denison's boutique coworking, meeting and event space, has opened the doors to its new location at 319 W Chestnut Street Suite 100, more than doubling its previous footprint as demand for flexible workspace among Texoma's small business owners and remote workers continues to grow.

The new building offers more than 20 workstations, private offices and a conference room, built for entrepreneurs and remote employees who need a professional environment without the overhead of a traditional office lease. Members can choose from a range of options to fit how they work, including day-use flex desks, dedicated desks, private offices and virtual office mail service.

"We know these offices go fast," said Desk & Easel owner Wendy Acosta. "Whether someone is working from home and needs a change of scenery, or a business owner is tired of paying for space they don't fully use, this gives them a professional address in the middle of an award-winning downtown."

Since opening in 2018, The Desk & Easel has positioned itself as an alternative to both the traditional office lease and the coffee shop desk. The business's downtown location puts members steps from Historic Main Street's restaurants and shops, a draw it has leaned into as a differentiator from coworking spaces in larger nearby markets. A ribbon-cutting celebration for the new Chestnut Street building is upcoming on August 28th at 10 am.

The move comes as demand for flexible workspace continues to grow outside major metro areas, with small business owners and remote employees in smaller communities like Denison increasingly seeking alternatives to commuting into Dallas-Fort Worth or working from home full time.

Businesses interested in touring the space or learning more about available memberships can contact The Desk & Easel directly.
